The owner of a new home with a sloping backyard searched for a contractor to build a rear stone patio, not a wooden deck. After receiving quotes from other companies that met her strict budget, but not necessarily her aesthetic aspirations, TLC was hired.

The company knew the production budget was ambitious due to the fact that the extreme terrain presented access and excavation challenges. The project did, in fact, run overtime. In the end, however, the client was thrilled and one of her neighbours with a larger budget hired TLC for another project.
