How far in advance should I start planning for landscape projects?
It depends on the scope of the project, but the sooner the better. Slots on our schedule book up quickly — often months in advance! You’ll want to secure a spot ASAP.
How do I start the landscape design process?

Does TLC offer pool refurbishing/renovating?

Is a landscape and pool design necessary?
Yes. A professional design prevents future setbacks, allows proper planning, and allows us to get a clear budget.
Are permits and engineering included?
At TLC, we take care of permits and engineering so you don’t have any surprise costs or extra things to do.
Will there be additional work required once the project is complete?
Once your landscape is installed, you want to begin enjoying it right away. That's why at TLC, we account for sod, fencing, and other components, so there isn't more work to do once our work is complete.
Once my project starts, what type of timeline can I expect?
Every project varies, but our commitment is to take every measure to get the job done as efficiently as possible. We also order materials in advance upon acceptance of the contract to avoid delays.
Will there be any outside contractors on my site?
TLC does everything in-house except specialty, licensed trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, gas fitter, etc.). If these services are needed, we’ll coordinate with contractors, and an estimate will be included in the initial quote.
