Job Description

A Landscape Estimator at TLC is part of the Enhancements team, primarily responsible for preparing estimates and landscape designs for presentation for clients that improve multi-residential properties. Landscape Estimators work closely with their team, including staying in communication with our Production Managers and Client Care Managers to ensure the best results and a fully satisfied client.

Duties & Responsibilities

Estimating & Design

  • Prepare estimates and landscape designs for client approval.
  • Estimate various services (sod repair, slit-seeding, drainage, eavestrough cleaning, weed control).
  • Confirm measurements, create plant lists, and determine materials required for the project.

Communication

  • Ongoing communication with the Production Manager to ensure crews execute projects properly.
  • Flag project corrections if needed.

Administration

  • Responsible for internal communication with our Clients Care Managers, Production Managers and teams.
  • Aquire locates and permits as necessary.
  • Ensures data integrity in provided software systems.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • G-Class Driver’s License.
  • College or University graduate (Design/Landscaping; General Business).
  • Intermediate horticultural knowledge is required.
  • Preferred intermediate CAD or Dynascape.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven Computer Skills.
