Job Description

As a Condo Care Account Manager, you will be part of a tight-knit team of Landscape Professionals at TLC Landscaping. You will use the skills you have honed in your account/sales management career to generate revenue growth by managing existing business relationships, implementing retention strategies and by obtaining client contract commitments during face-to-face interactions within the London area. As a member of TLC Landscaping, you will have access to industry-leading training, CRM systems, and award-winning leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with condo directors and property managers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Generate revenue growth by managing existing business relationships
  • Implement retention strategies
  • Obtain client contract commitments from face-to-face interactions within the London Area

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • College or university graduate and/or 3+ years of business-to-client experience in a service-oriented industry.

  • Landscape industry knowledge is needed – Landscape Design or Horticulture Technician education is helpful.
