Job Overview: Works with Management to create and maintain landscapes by fulfilling and completing work orders and scheduled maintenance run every week, of a high quality and standard.  

Duties: Report for work every day required, on time and in TLC designated uniform.

Acknowledge the difficulties of the style of work, ie. -Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, working in Hot / Cold / Wet climates.

Enhance TLC’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Communicate with management ideas for work improvement strategies.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Completed Landscape Training Modules

Landscape Construction - Crew Member

Job Overview:

Work closely with team members on installation of landscape projects Duties:

Experience is required in the installation of hardscape, softscape, and pools Reading and understanding landscape plans and elevations. Equipment experience is an asset (Bobcat, Kubota, Small Equipment, etc.) Good communication, organization, and a good attitude are essential Report for work every day required, on time and in TLC designated uniform. Winter months will consist of snow removal Year Round Income Job Requirements:

2 + Years Minimum Experience G2 License required at a minimum and non-negotiable. D or A License a Benefit

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be part of a tight-knit team of Landscape Professionals.

You will use the skills you have honed in your account/sales management career to generate revenue growth by managing existing business relationships, implementing retention strategies and by obtaining client contract commitments during face-to-face interactions within the London area.

As a member of TLC Landscaping, you will have access to industry-leading training, CRM systems, and award-winning leadership.

What do you need

As far as education, if you have you are a college or university graduate then you need to also have 3+ years of business-to-client experience in a service oriented industry .

Landscape Industry knowledge is needed – you may have Landscape Design or Horticulture Technician education as well.

What else?

You are someone who enjoys building and nurturing relationships and is driven to meet targets. You are someone who likes to find solutions. You understand the landscaping industry. You will be dealing with condo directors and property managers
