I have been a part of the TLC Family for over 7 years now. We take great pride in what we do in all of our divisions. I have been on the design and build team for my time here, and the employees and management we have are great team to be a part of. We strive to bring professionalism, positivity and quality to everything we do. There are always challenges on each job site, like changing weather conditions, updated job site changes, differing job site conditions( e.g. machine access, environmental considerations), etc. We constantly learn and challenge ourselves because of these conditions, which is a fantastic motivator. TLC also takes care of us outside of the workplace, with events like our annual family outings at Fleetway or East Park, or our trip to Toronto every year to see the Jays. We always do our best to take care of our clients and their landscapes and we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
